The European Investment Bank Group celebrates 30 years of its Evaluation function. To mark this milestone, the Evaluation Division is pleased to invite you to the conference “Stronger together to drive impact”, taking place at the EIB Headquarters in Luxembourg on 29–30 April 2026.

The conference will bring together evaluation users, producers, and professionals from EU institutions, National Promotional Banks, International Financial Institutions, and the wider evaluation community to exchange on how evaluation strengthens relevance, accountability, learning, and impact.

Conference format

Day 1 – in person (Luxembourg)

High-level panels will explore how evaluation makes financing more relevant and impactful. Sessions will focus on additionality, simplification and accountability, evidence driving change and knowledge sharing. 

Day 2 – in person (Luxembourg) & online:

Designed especially for evaluation practitioners, day 2 opens the conversation to a wider audience to exchange experiences on innovative tools, methodologies, and communication products that support learning and knowledge uptake.
